What exactly is self sustainable lifestyle ?
From the very beginning we are been taken cared by our parents and it becomes quite unnatural when the the responsibility comes on you (specially when you are from a middle class family)
So , in India when in it comes to self sustainability we quite lag behind in it or we can say the understanding about self sufficiency and financial intelligence is delayed/misinterpreted in our society.

Many articles are available talking about this topic giving the example of the farm you own and then how would you start from scratch to develop it and I would not talk about this shitty examples --The prior quality we Indians lack is-- the very ability to sell ourselves and have a long term plan on savings . Though being the nation with most number of small businesses we aren't able to sell our own product and if you don't have anything to communicate with other person after sending him/her a "hi" message you first really need to work on your communication skills because that is how you are going to build a network/connection.
So, first know your abilities brush them up , learn new skills , make efficient networks, avoid bad relationships and most importantly never loose the motivation and determination to achieve your target .To improve your lifestyle the two most important qualities you need are motivation and frugality. Living a more simple life avoiding unnecessary leisure and debts is certainly going to help you have a more happier and satisfying life. It would never be easy to learn all the skills overnight and change the entire way of how you carry yourself but this is how challenging and discouraging life can be and you stand against all the odds. We can rather find new ways to stay motivated and healthy which would help you generate more income.
In the end I would conclude by saying LIFE IS NEVER GOING TO BE EASY on us we just need to find a smarter way passing through it.
