What lacks in Today's Leadership Models!!
Coming to leadership, it is a skill which one may have since childhood or developed in the process.
Again coming to the question What lacks in our leaderships models?
Over the years we have seen how complex and diverse new challenges and problems can turn out to be may it be cyber crimes , rise in population , overuse of unsustainable resources, war like conditions, poverty, unemployment and the list never ends ...
And there is no definite or dynamic and organized solution to these problems atleast not under all the laws of chaos and we can neither follow the leadership models of past that were based on behavior, skills and abilities of the leaders , as the challenges we face today were never even thought about earlier .
So what we need is a sustainable model which not only is based on the learnings from past and generates the need to survive but a system to thrive upon in the digital era .
As once Albert Einstein mentioned
"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
So one thing that is clear is that we can never ever rely upon the theories from past and this is the time we introduce a new paradigm of leadership depending upon our challenges.
The new paradigm of leadership should be based upon three pillars which can resolve the complexities of the new era:

- Network based leadership
- Systemic Resilience
- Financial security and safety
- sense of belonging
- Self worth
- Personal growth
- Finding personal meaning
- Collaborating with partners
- Service to humanity and planet
